Below are seven principles that will help us balance our sometimes-stressed out lives. These principles will create a new sense of life's direction and put a song in your heart.
DO - Do the right thing
RE - Realize the potential in others and do all you can to help them reach that potential.
MI - Mind your mind. Benefits of positive mental attitude. Techniques to help us keep one.
FA - Failures can be turned into fertilizer. How we overcome our failures and use them as valuable life experiences.
SOL - Solutions begin with me.
LA - Laugh! Benefits of laughter in life both mental and physical.
TI - Time is our most precious resource—are we using it wisely.

DO - We end where we began, by doing the right thing, because everything is based on our character and integrity.
